If have another device or you have just upgraded to a new iPad or iPhone the way you reactivate your subscription is by ensuring you have logged into the same iTunes account you used to download and subscribe to the app originally.

To do this simply go into the settings section on your device and you will see down the list ‘iTunes & App Store’, tap on this and enter your login details here and your done.

When you go into the app you should be good to go if not just tap on the ‘Restore’ button in the top right corner of the screen.
